Craig, while i do not beleive that the $700b bailout package is the "holy grail" ( without getting into detail ) I do beleive that it will shed some releif in particular with unlocking credit markets. I know there will still be plenty of sceptics out there but this injection will start to put a little bit of confidence back into the market as "some good news stories" start to feed out from it. It is clear that investors where not convinced when it was passed on FRI (US) but as of this morning i was in the mind set that wall st would show some signs of recovery Mon. Albiet short term but i still think it may end up green. IMO

As for LNC, well it seems that many who have held or picked up this stock lower than $3.50 are letting go today as they are obviously spooked ( ASX hitting it's lowest levels in 3 years ) and are not fully up to speed with the current company developments ( doesn't help that liquids ann has not come out ). I honestly don't think that it has anything to do with Xinwen. IMO
