From their Dec 23 quarterly. It says they have 1.9 quarters left of funding (so almost 6 months). Only 3 months left of funding. This probably includes the drilling but what are they going to do after drilling? Hence they'll need more money and probably not a good idea to wait until June to be thinking about doing a raise.
Conspiracy theory - some entity has pushed the price down to get in at cheap CR.
Anyone have broker data for the last few weeks?
