You have a very simple outlook on all things. Nothing is as straightforward as what you put forward. Unless the overall market has tanked, the SP will be far higher than what you've estimated after permit approval as the company will be massively de-risked. Hype will be NVX levels as FOMO takes over. Most retail investors who miss the train will not be able to amass a large enough quantity of shares to capitalize on further expansions.
