    Well it is true because you type in the web address or click on the hyperlink and it takes you to a website.

    The prospectus I envisage wont be available until they meet Australian regulations which most likely requires a formal JORC. How long this takes I do not know.

    Whilst there isnt much information available at present, Im sure it wont be long before it is updated as more information comes to hand.
