Would say none of the Wadi Allaqi areas have been explored enough certainly not enough to be written off. Most have had no real exploration from Gip at all. Know the Egyptian Pharaohs were clever but doubt they dug all the gold up.
Think if Gip can get the money to explore, with a much higher gold price economic deposits could be found on some of the Egyptian tenements.
Of course the more generous the Tax and royalty regime in Eritrea and lack of red tape may have made is seem a better bet in Eritrea in the past than Egypt. Also of course do not expect them to abandon the the Eritrean prospects if they get good results there.
Then again Gip have hinted that they are waiting for new mining laws and going after new tenements in Egypt hardly suggest they think it is a waste of time there.
With Starck simply do not know anymore so Gip could end up doing a deal with someone else.
Think the any news laws in the states will have just as much impact as the General economic conditions. Seems however bad things are people can still find money for the latest electronic Gizmo.
With the Tin price is still nice and high historically but hopefully as more work is done at Heemiskrk we will have more idea.
