Yes. This is a company with spivvy management. All talk and no action. Sad to say I will probably be taking a tax loss on this company. Luckily I did not punt too much on this company. Placed $8k into the IPO @ $0.20. LOL
Anyway, I knew all along it was a punt and a bit of hope on Billa Kalina (wrong spelling), which turned out to be nothing.
Probably would have been in a different position if we had independent management and and independent board, who would have actually placed effort in running the company.
Too small a holding to worry about writing a letter to the company.
