I often wonder how this will play out for PEN. What will come first ? the chicken or the egg so to speak.
1) As this article refers to the change in sentiment and the out of balance supply/demand issue.
2) Off-take agreements which will give Gus some bargaining power for the finance needed for construction of the central plant ?
