Firstly, what is important is the fact that little IXR has joined with a magnet manufacturer with the mkt position of VAC. VAC operates globally. I think it has 4,000 employees.
So the fact that VAC is the Offtaker of IXR product gives IXR, and IXR's product and business, serious credibility, potential global reach, and "door-openers" for funding.
