There is no logic in this T/O talk.
There are many instos who got in at 2 cents.
There are a number of major groups and shareholders who would
not accept a takeover at these low prices, particularly
from range.

RRS has too many problems to deal with ATM
to even consider this.

There may be a takeover, but only at a fair price, and
it would not be range IMO.
If oil show next week I would see the majors firming up their
position. If there is a takeover sometime in the future, they will want a premium.
