    re: settlement started As stated this morning, I was told the judge will be awarding in excess of $40m next Thursday. Vodaphone will also have to pay their costs which by the way has been funded from there cashflow which they have been cashflow positive for quite some time.

    It wouldn't suprise me if it was 30c plus early next week.
