was commenting more on the initial sell down from 16.5 to 13.5c after annoucement- probably traders getting out and now smart money getting in. i believe this is the most impressive and significant annoucement they have ever made. it seems as if this is a worldwide first for a country wide evr system and excitingly mentions expectations of more and larger to come. not dissapionted in anyway and feel long term future is now smart&secure market cap still of only $20 odd million yet future sales potential is bigger then i can dream about would like to know who the U.S multi national is
