Given the history, you are right, you can't be a passive investor with this lot. I think they have to face a lot of public questions and be prepared to give a lot of answers quickly. The new guys on the board are fundraisers not technical, so deposit and technical data are going to have to be gone over with a fine comb. Getting out from underneath the Arena spectre will be something to watch given the history.
