Im a long time investor in NST. I used to be quite active on this forum. I went dark when it got silly.
Im puzzled at the very benign price movement in NST relative to the gold price. Gold is up A$500 per ounce since NST traded around $12.
rough maths.
lets say they are on track to their 2M oz per annum target.
2M * 500 = 1bil per annum.
lets say that this is worth a 10 multiple. That should add 10B to valuation. 1.1B shares on issue = $9 in added share price e.g. $21.
Similar math on EVN.
What is going on? What am I not seeing?
