Your caution is well placed, in my opinion, and discussion on this forum should respect and welcome different views without implying ulterior motives whenever an alternative view is presented, as long as such view is well founded.


Current trading raises many red signals with me as well, whilst I'm a staunch supporter of the technology.
This does not have to contradict itself.
In my humble opinion, somebody offloads options and wants them in the money, there was a lot ot ESIOB traded yesterday.
1.7/ 1.8 cent was very obviously stacked to allow hype.
There was high volume and a relatively low advance in price. Considering 100 mil plus trading volume was traded at 3 pips spread only, most though at 1.8 and 1.9 cent.
One has to ask what a target price of close to 2 cent allows in terms of options trading and one might quickly see the motivation for such churn at that level in combination with recent options updates from company in regards to financing support from platinum and other partners.

Interestingly, those props at 1.7/ 8 cent are missing this morning in premarket. Expect a fall in price if they will not be in place on open, expect more churn when they show up prior to trading, in my opinion.


Every trader/ investor needs to take historical trading activity on a stock into account and ESI has had plenty of churn in the past, holders might only want to think back to those infamous 3B dumps for a very lengthy period with an artificial volume provided by those who wanted to offload at a gain in regards to issuance price.
