While the Fed remains hawkish after the latest meeting, with inflation continuing way above its "2% target" doubts remain about long term policy.
While gold struggled to hold 1850 support, and the GDX and GDXJ remain in bear country, the Nasdaq and the S&P500 had small rally's.

Although RED's SP performance yesterday was heart warming for SH's, and currently looks to open at 41.5c, it remains to be seen if 40c support firms, let alone new highs. The latest SP rise has been on relatively low volume, perhaps implying lots of firm hands, but mostly retail buying ?
"First Pour" may be an anticlimactic announcement .... whatever ... lots of value locked in.
By the 4th quarter, RED should be in the ASX300 and added to the GDXJ and this should give some idea of the "base value" vs its peers.
IMHO RED remains of track to be gold miner of the year at this years Diggers&Dealers conference.
