What I think is the hold up is getting agreeance on price for the cornerstone investor.
Unilife obv want it higher as they get more funds eg 100m @ $1 while suitors are looking at current SP and saying we can buy on market much cheaper.
If they can get someone to take 100m at $0.50, that will be a good result IMO.
I don't find that at a disagreeance with the statements re the delay being because others have turned up to the unilife sanofi party. Their turning up gave the chance to try to bargain up the price . However what they are comparing is not a simple price difference such as when company A pitches a price of x cents for company B and if you are lucky company C turns up and offers a cent more . They are comparing competing proposals in nature takeover verses buy in verses liscencing
