Poses another question -- What did Orbimed base their assumptions on? Was it AbbVie? Was it other customer programs that have not been disclosed? Was it a product being developed?

If Orbimed took a Credit Card Company approach, which is a the requirement of having either a pulse or are breathing (not necessarily both), will their be repercussions from their investors? Who did their due diligence?

If your theory is that Orbimed will end up with the IP in bankruptcy they won't. They will be first paid what they are owed after the assets are sold. The remaining will be distributed to the shareholders.

Someone wants this company down-ramped. I am not a conspiratorial person but games are a foot. Post a rehashed seeking alpha article and watch the nervous investors sell.
