    I hope you are wrong in this case. If a fund buys 4m at 7C$ of an investment in such a risky country what do they expect their (risk)reward to be?

    10% (=> 0.77A$) ???

    20% (=> 0.84A$) ???

    In other words 7C$ should be a discount price! (?)
