    MMMMMM!

    A take-over?
Probably would be a capital gains nightmare!

The strength of Anvil is largely built on the expertise of Anvil management.
And their relationship with Congo authorities.

A take-over would probably lose this expertise and not be such a likely prospect.
Unless present management was offered a deal they could not refuse.

Then again Company management own a bulk of the shares.
They know what the shares are really worth and would not remit at at any small sum.

Also management have a desire to make Anvil a middle range mining company.
Achieving such an outcome provides satisfaction that just money can't replace.

Not only would a takeover have to swallow up shares owned by management --- think of the difficulty any such would be takeover merchants would have of convincing the really big share holders -- especially Miningnut and Stone Pony!
    ("Teee -- heee - haa - haa")

    All's well!

    Good things to come!

    Patience is the key!

    Cheers,

    NT
