I believe in spreading your bets around the gold sector to diversify company specific risk. One of the best things you could do is look through the gold sector on a day like today where most things are getting pumped. Most of the good gold stocks will be in positive territory and most of the not so good ones will be in the red. Other than that, there are many analysts who believe that LGL, NEM, DOM, AVO and DIO represent good opportunities.
