No idea, but its logical to conclude Patterson will be negotiating any potential Offshore JV's with an appropriate PSA in place so that prospective parties know full well the conditions prior to a deal.

The potential BGP deal was to be initially a seismic survey then negotiate next stage, I think you may find its progressed from that stage, hence the NAPE conference and participation by Range.

The Rights issue was always going to be fully taken up and hence Patterson to become a Director. I expect the game to go up a few gears when that event happens.
