    I guess Farole/Puntland need the oil.

    AOC offer the only hope for drilling short term.

    Range could cause AOC some serious headaches if they tried to undermine the current agreement.

    If this opportunity to drill doesn't materialise, I can't see any exploration happening for years to come.
