Opes Prime directors charged by ASIC

The story of this company posted today in TheAge, in a way, is probably similar to CMR. "The directors were intentionally dishonest and failed to exercise their powers and discharge their duties in good faith in the best interests of the stakeholders."
The good news is, ASIC seems to have some teeth afterall. It's also good to know that at least some justice has prevailed in this case. But I do hope that we as shareholders can end up way better than this, in our case for CMR.
