The other point is that CLQ management portrayed to its shareholders the water plant currently just starting construction was to be fully operational soon and able to fund the cost of the initial Sc only plant.
Tell me whats that amounted to.
IMO these companies should be investigated by ASIC for misleading and false information. Stringing sh's along.
