i think you are right in regards to the minimum 20c. From my understanding of the rules asx minimum issue price of an ipo is 20c.
Given the current climate it would be difficult for any company to raise capital. I am confident that NSL will succeed in its funding arrangements and this should be viewed as a major milestone in getting the company off the ground.
