5.5 tonne of Wolframite conc. might contain 65% WO3
This gives 3.575 t of WO3
Now WO3 is sold at recently $190 - 210 US/mtu with an MTU equal to 10 kg of WO3 at 65% grade
So they have 357.5 mtu at say $190 US/ mtu ( This is untested cuase they dont say anything about impurities )

Thats $67,925 US , or at say 70c exchange rate about $97,000.
