"Nothing that management has ever said has come true they have not lived up to anyones expectations this is one disaster after another."

Boysey, with all due respect, you do tend to overdramatise the situation.
As a mining operation it certainly has had its setbacks. But it is working through them.
*You can hardly blame the management for the collapse in the air shaft and the resulting delay and extra cost involved there.
*You can hardly blame management for the mishaps with the machinery supplied by a german firm who should have made sure that there were no problems with the componentry of the machines supplied.
*You can hardly blame the management for the geology underground being more complicated than initial testing had led them to believe.

Now, no one is denying that the operation is risky until it gets into a more stable production flow. But just as we find with Oil & Gas explorers there are risks and nothing is certain until it is proved and producing commercially.

PRC still has a few hurdles to get over but it is finally getting there and at least the price of coking coal is moving in its favour.
