TPG announced that over 65s Singaporeans will be able to get free mobile service for 2 years:

3GB data per month, unlimited local calls.

Great publicity which shouldn't be too costly as seniors are generally less data hungry and are not on their phones all day long.

Rollout timetable is still on track with launch slated for second half of 2018.

With no ARPU to protect, TPG is set to wreck havoc to the incumbents' margins both in Australia and Singapore.
