Hi Captain, That article in the "Whats New" section of the SK-II Malaysia website is very old. It came out in 2017 when the Booster did.
Now I hear you asking "then why is it the top article (i.e. most recent article) in the 'whats new' page of the website??"
Excellent question.. the answer is that there really have not been any noteworthy or innovative new products from SK-II in about 20 months!
That is about to change with the Genoptics spot pen, and its one reason I think the pen is going to be very successful.
Back to your original point that the Booster is still being promoted.. that is correct. the home page of the SK-II tmall sight has been promoting the wand near the top of the page throughout the CNY period :
