Some managers, not all I grant you, can dominant staff politically in govt office environments and exploit the work of staff just like what Kev is trying to doing with this. He is attempting to manipulate the behaviour of a subject, in this case mining, through the abuse of power for only his own benefit, as opposed to the community at large, to get all the kudos when he throws more money to his supporters!!
I can now see how Rudd probably moved up the ladder in public service riding on the tails of others success. He must think he can do something similar in the real world were there is a little more transparency for other stakeholders
His fishbowl must be lack a lot of fresh water!!!!
I can know see why his office has such a high turnover rate. Talk about a lust for power and control. Those poor workers for Rudd. Were are the unions to support you against the emperor.
