I have been reading about Fonty and if I have the right person he has been described as someone that can talk the ears off a field of corn. This was intended as a compliment as those that succeed as lawyer do enjoy the sound of their own voices.

The others part to what fonty wrote, is covert way that he makes suggestions as to how they feel far could best raid capital by selling in advance to the Dutch, I have a feeling that this May have been part of his motive for making the release to HC, as advanced sales is a far better option than paying via giving up part of a lease, or traditional cap raising
