I hate to be a negative nelly, but it actually bothers me that it has taken so long for the approval to go through. I still think we should be ok, the acquisition appears to easily be in line with the companies constitution. It's the legitimacy of the transaction that is evidently in question.

If the proper processes had been adhered to, correct paperwork completed and lodged with the relevant authorities and the deal done properly with competent legal representation - then it would have taken days, maybe weeks to get the relevant documents to the ASX - not months. I say this with some base level understanding as a lawyer who works in the field of commercial and contract law.

Anyways, we shall see.
