Id much prefer it was someone holding getting out and MDR can avoid a raise by using the line of credit / cash flow improvement to keep the lights on and people turning up to work.
I'm not against cap raises per se, but doing one now at this level wouldn't be a great sign for investors and I feel they would need to discount heavily to get a substantial uptake.
