A ~25% rise in RAP this morning. ~5% drop in MDR.

Market caps are at parity!!!

When there's sudden and unexplained drops in a share price, reasons could be:

1. the stock has exceeded someone's risk profile
2. capital raise coming
3. cheap/hostile takeover

All are rattling around my head.

Less than 1% (~3.5M of 377M SOI) of the register changed hands on Thursday/Friday.

Why dump in 2 sessions when the holder could drip feed on any news?

Earlier in the year they signed up to a funding facility which they could utilise if revenues became lumpy.

They can probably last till the end of the year without needing to use this facility or raise.

They haven't even held Adheris for 12 months but are turning the revenues back in the right direction.
