I'm not sure its necessarily buying/selling by any major shareholder; if I look at volumes, the price fell ~11% on the 9th of Sept and volumes were significant (~2.5m shares traded). The shares had fallen in the 3 days prior to that (in total also ~11%), but on relatively small volumes.
Why I say it may not be a major shareholder is because 2.5m shares was worth ~AUD680k which is less than 1% of market cap (if a major shareholder sold that volume into a lightly traded stock (that 2.5m shares is less than 1% so it would have hurt a major shareholder with >5% holding significantly .
Today had ~1.6m trades (AUD~450k) so not huge, but again, material in the context of average volume of ~100k shares bought/sold normally (if you exclude ~10 big volume days over the last 250 days).
Having said that, Regal seem to randomly buy/sell irrespective of volume/price so I won't be surprised if we see a change in substantial holding from them in the next few days
