the video below is a must see for all posters (here @ KNL and elsewhere) who are on the verge of turning from a drilling/prospecting company into an actual mine builder ( the study is on the FIRST MINE BY ANY LISTED COMPANY)... some very interesting fact in a nutshell (taken verbatim from the post mentioned above)...

* Rule: Company has to be a first time mine builder.
*Sample size was 105 companies. 95% of companies build their mine.
* Sample was from 30 years of data and included bull and bear market scenarios.
* They used 31 bear market first time builders and the average was 24%
* The average bull market builders gain was 160%
* Average gain was 106% based off case study.
* Top 5 in the sample was 764% gain.

we @KNL are "almost" at the stage where we could be granted finance any day and that makes this video all the more special for us to watch... enjoy and please comment - as I said, not just limited to KNL but any/every new mine building company listed...
