Fatso, do the pork belly in the air fryer. It doesn’t get any better. Drop pork belly into a pot of boiling water on the morning of the meal day, for ten mins. Take out and pat dry, score n salt and put in fridge uncovered. Chk it a cpl ,of times to re pat dry. Then into air fryer, about 40mins, but the beauty is u can chk it and keep going until ready......is sublime.
