Thank you PSalty and MOSSum for your feedback. As a beginner, I need all the feedback I can get.

I pay $14.95 per transaction. My income is so low that saving $1000 or $2000 takes me a long time. I hope day I can buy shares at $5,000 parcels instead of $2000-$2500 parcels. I am not at the stage yet.

If CAR is rated as a buy, that tells my inexperienced mind that the smart money has brought already, waiting for the masses to buy more. A buy rating means to me - too late, you have missed the boat. (I know I should talk trends here but I am not a trend buyer yet.)

Psalty, CAR is still a good business but I brought at the wrong price. If I had waited to 6 months, I could have brought at a lower price and I will be holding now. I wanted to buy TGR or REA 6 months ago but I didn't have the funds. I couldn't bring myself to buy CZZ at today's prices. As for CAR, maybe I am wrong and CAR share price will rocket up in the next 12-18 months??? I just do not like its debt. When I get more experience, I will probably see more pros and cons of CAR.
