First to mine

Too many assumptions have been made recently in regards to how
our neighbours are travelling compared to us. However I think we
are doing just fine thank you, and in fact even suggest we may be first to production!

For he reasons outlined below (there may be more, so pls contribute)
TMT have:
Easier to access ore closer to the surface.
Lower oxide content.
Higher grade.

An investor looking for a less risky investment would surely go for
our ground instead of the one next door.
Someone suggested to me that in approx 4 years this investor will get his
capital back (I havent done a calculation here myself, so would appreciate some
assistance in this area).

ps I know AVL have a bigger resource, but TMT's is more than big enough.
Im estimating a mine life of approx 20 years (very rough)
