We are in TH pending an asset acquisition.
Note that Caz has not issued a TH since 2019 when they sold Parker Range. Normal BAU Acquisitions like Carb Lake etc etc get up without a TH
So this has to be something that is in the works and is relatively significant.
God I hope there is no dilution.
