Stringing things out is a plan A for most west Perth exploration directors, most not all.
It provides the most benefit for directors with the least amount of work. Keep director fees, & free options and shares rolling in for as long as possible.
If you are deliberately not accessing billions in available company resources in the minimum amount of time something is very wrong.
