Interesting idea re. voting against remuneration plan. I think the current share price of 12c is unsatisfactory especially considering the last placing price of 16c. Before kicking them out let's see if the LCL exploration strategy plays out successfully over the next few weeks. They are clearly trying to get a win on Ceibal and Claras - both good prospects for a "new discovery". A new discovery could easily add 10c or more to the current share price. Deep IP target interesting and let's see if they hit anything of decent grade, first assay results are due in the next couple of weeks I think. I'm inclined to give them until end May to see if this exploration strategy plays out the way management hope. In the event all drill holes are dusters then I'm inclined to agree that this company should be handed over to an "operator" ie. a mine builder to fast track Tesorito/Miraflores into production asap.
