this is definitely a concern. As a shareholder I feel that LCL are management “dragging the chain” on development plans….I won’t suggest reasons for that as that as there would be many views which I would be happy to hear from other contributors. I saw the CRUX interview….I thought the interviewer hit the nail on head with regard to potential shareholder concerns about under valued share price, no apparent development strategy and implication of TO risk. Jason seemed very much unconcerned about the under valued share price IMHO and had no set plans for the commencement of a development phase or whether there will ever be development….when our share price is so obviously undervalued. It would be good to have an EGM for no other reasons to allow shareholders to better understand the strategy hopefully get more assurance that our interests are at the absolute forefront here and that there is not another strategy at play as we sit here with very valuable proven reserves and an undervalued share price and exposed to a low bid takeover.
