    Durham "has stated that he has access to far more information that essentially changes the findings of the inspector general report".

    What then was the practical purpose of the subpoena free Horowitz report?

    Was it just an AG Barr inspired quickie looking for evidence to support the President's pronouncements?

    Why wasn't Durham just given free reign to investigate everything that Horowitz looked at?
