No, the vote hasn't been taken and the so called plan just kicks the can down the road for a couple of months for the spending cuts.

It doesn't address the debt ceiling either and everybody has seem to forgotten that SS payroll tax hikes are going up by 2% of income and the Obamacare tax hikes come into effect as well.

Taxes are going up on every working person in the USA and that is a fact.
