Champ2003 - The US is a mess and I would not touch international shares personally. The US has to have a day of reckoning with its debt and it is not too far off I believe. The DOW is approaching its all time high but yet their debt levels are way higher than what it was in 2007/2008. They are living on borrowed time so to speak. Eventually investors will exit the USD and move to gold and silver and this could start to happen early in 2013. Putting cash in the bank or the share market is too dangerous so there are not many places to invest cash. That's my opinion.
