Arrange in a pan or individual pieces of foil with edged folded up.
4 cod fillets.
4 knobs of butter.
4 squeezes lemon juice and some zest.
And ‘some’ of the following:
8 anchovies.
¼ cup capers.
4 cloves press garlic.
4 pinches of miso.
4 splashes rice wine.
4 splashes soy.
4 splashes of xo.
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning with thyme and oregano or two pieces of each.
4 pinches of old bay.
4 pinches of smoked paprika.
Also barbecue 400 gm blanched asparagus.
