Fish kill in Cockburn Sound

At least the Garden Island desalination plant has it's concentrated brine outlet in open ocean.  It would be in
WaterCorps interest to see the GI plant increase it's capacity to relieve some of the load on the Kwinana plant.

Also, it would be interesting to see how much carbon emissions have been saved from going into the atmosphere over the past twelve months.
