FISH LAKE VALLEY ….

- Regardless of whether AJM ever intends to pursue brine-related activities as part of Lithium Corporation  at Fish Lake Valley  (near Tonopah  in Nevada), it was Altura’s  shareholding in  that  company that  has enabled AJM to survive as public company.

-But Altura says it does want to progress the development!
Here’s the new deal : [Altura to pay initial  US$50,000 by 31/07/21. Potential to acquire up to 60%].

-Not quite clinched yet, but the intent is there so  I thought it would be useful to start a thread on how things have are angling at Fish Lake.


To start with :

The first  company to have an earn in agreement with Lithium Corporation is the the one that is now the largest local  tenement owner, American Lithium.
These days American Lithium has more than 20,000  “contiguous” acres under management in the area [see here]

It has dealt with Lithium Corporation at least a couple of times in the past including signing an ‘up to 80% earn in agreement’ with Lithium Corp in  March 2016 ( [ref] and [ref] )
That agreement lapsed on May 7, 2019 [ref]

Friend or foe?
Whatever it is it’s humming along.
