I have been holding this one for many many years but I am amazed at how this company has been sold down and apparent lack of care/attention by the directors to deflect the demise of the market cap.

they suspended the divident re-investment plan - well if they buy back some shares now in the open market they can re-issuse shares later in forms of divident re-investment plan.

they were too busy chasing instos to get on board and there you have it- the instos short sold the company from 4.20 to a even $1.
